Had a really good stay here for a work trip. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was on point - hot scrambled eggs, pastries, and bacon. Loved that I could check in quickly and stay a bit longer for check-out. 🌟

The hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean. Its location is great, near good restaurants and shopping. The room is clean and perfect with a jacuzzi and a big bath. The staff is very good and I am grateful for a great stay.

The hotel had a nice hot breakfast with a wide array of items to choose from. The location was marvellous in bay area. Besides, we were near to an excellent family run pizza restaurant and Woodside and several nice local restaurants.

Had quiet room with good breakfast, so good jacuzzis and 2 queen beds, and protected with smoke detectors. A microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were a plus. Thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable stay for a business trip.

This was a perfect place to stay while attending my son's graduation at Stanford -- convenient location with all the amenities needed (fridge included).
The free breakfast could use some upgrading such as adding fresh fruit rather than serving canned.

Tasty breakfast with hot pancakes, bacon, and pastries, and the restaurant here is pretty good! I stayed in a room with a big bed that didn't break the bank 💰.

The Hanky Panky directly across the street proved to be a life saver when the cabby didn't accept credit and there wasn't an ATM in sight :-)
When we got there there was confusion from the manager that we were staying 3 nights, but our order was for 2 nights. We will be checking the account to see if the credit that was promised to us will be refunded.

The staff was friendly. Early check-in. Complimentary snacks in the lobby. Clean room. Quiet at night. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Not far from ECR station.
Nothing, all great.

The first night our room was perfectly quiet. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom facilities all worked beautifully. The second night someone was having a birthday party above us and they made noise until 12:00 .All in all it was a good experience though. The breakfast was very good.

The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The large flat screen TV with good internet and many channels was a nice touch. The location was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was easily accessible to nearby attractions and activities. Plus, the price was quite reasonable considering the quality of the room and the location.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. This was definitely a negative aspect of our experience at this hotel.

The room was very large and was extemely quiet - something I value very highly. While the hotel is and older establishment, everything worked satisfactory and was very clean! It isn't a luxury hotel but is affordable and in my case conveniently located to where I was attending a seminar.
The furnishings were sparce and old, but maintained. A definate lack of amenities. It had a stove but no cuttlery, cooking utensiles etc.

I've stayed there a number of times and always found it clean, quiet, and inexpensive. I initially worried about the noise from the street, but it has always been very quiet. It has fit my family's needs just fine and I will continue to come back when I come to Redwood City.
